The original sweepstakes casino
Chumba launched in 2012 and is the brand most Americans try first. VGW, its owner, also runs Global Poker and the newer LuckyLand Casino. Chumba is still one of the three most-searched sweepstakes casinos, though its search share fell about 30% year on year as Crown Coins and Zula grew.
The 2 million Gold Coins, and the 5 million that follows
The welcome is 2,000,000 GC + 2 SC with no code. Watch your inbox after signing up: Chumba usually emails a follow-up offer of 5 million extra Gold Coins on a discounted first package.
Table games most sweeps sites don't have
Chumba's lobby is smaller than newer rivals, with about 200 slots, but it carries casino-style table games such as blackjack, roulette and Casino Wizard Craps. Its jackpot slots pay out in Sweeps Coins.
What changed in 2026
VGW has left at least 12 states since 2025, including West Virginia, and closed its LuckyLand Slots brand in September 2026. Chumba itself keeps running, but check our Chumba legal states page before you sign up. Maryland regulators have also sent VGW cease-and-desist letters.
The 100 SC redemption floor
Chumba needs 100 SC for a cash redemption, higher than many newer sites. If you mostly play with free SC, that can take a while to reach.
Chumba Casino promo code & no deposit bonus
New players at Chumba Casino get 2,000,000 Gold Coins + 2 Sweeps Coins on sign-up, no code needed. There is no Chumba Casino promo code to enter — the offer is credited automatically when you register through our link.
Technically there is no "deposit" at a sweepstakes casino, so what people search for as a Chumba Casino no deposit bonus is this free no-purchase welcome. If you choose to buy Gold Coins later, the first-purchase deal is: Discounted first Gold Coin package (look out for the follow-up 5M GC email offer). Buying coins is always optional.

Chumba Casino games
Chumba Casino offers 200+ slots plus blackjack, roulette and other table games. Every game can be played with either currency — Gold Coins for fun or Sweeps Coins for a chance at prizes. On mobile: Mobile web.
Chumba Casino redemptions: how to cash out Sweeps Coins
Gold Coins (GC) & Sweeps Coins (SC) — only the prize currency can be redeemed. Free Sweeps Coins carry a 1x on Sweeps Coins playthrough before they become redeemable, and the minimum redemption is 100 SC. You'll need to pass identity verification before your first redemption, so it's worth doing that early.
